Senior Graphic Designer
ON Advertising is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects from concept to execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our agency’s visual identity and ensuring our work consistently delivers outstanding results. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, working closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Associate Creative Director.
- Strategize and plan design concepts by studying relevant information and materials, contributing to overall project conceptualization.
- Develop and present refined design concepts, including layouts, style guidelines, and visual hierarchies, for client and team approval.
- Prepare final artwork, ensuring quality and consistency by utilizing necessary software and equipment.
- Contribute to the agency’s creative strategy and team efforts by supporting and elevating project outcomes as needed.
- Design a variety of high-quality graphics and layouts for brand materials, product illustrations, websites, and marketing assets using software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.
- Review final layouts, providing and implementing feedback to refine designs, while ensuring project goals and client expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Demonstrable graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing leadership in 3-5 impactful projects.
- Advanced proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Exceptional eye for detail and composition, along with strong conceptual thinking skills.
- Proven time management and project leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, branding, production processes, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- On-site work required in downtown Phoenix, AZ (Fridays remote and flexibility as needed).
