Account Coordinator Intern

Responsibilities
Project & Administrative Support
- Assist Account Executives in the day-to-day administration of marketing, PR, and advertising initiatives.
- Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage tasks and deadlines.
- Mark up internal and client edits to materials.
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
Content Creation & Communication
- Craft written content and design inspiration for marketing materials.
- Write blog posts to drive traffic to client websites.
- Create client newsletters and use email software to distribute content.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
Client Strategy & Relationship Support
- Support client strategies, including contributing to strategic development and maintaining objectives/priorities.
- Understand how businesses, brands, and customers interact, with awareness of marketing’s role in the relationship.
- Drive client and agency implementation of tools and conduct necessary training to ensure adoption.
Qualifications
- The position is entry-level.
- The candidate should have a passion for marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Must be located in Phoenix, AZ during the duration of internship.
