Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement social media strategies for the agency and clients
• Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms
• Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content
• Contribute to client pitches and campaign presentations
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Experience with content creation, including graphics and video
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
