My personal experience as the owner of multiple advertising agencies has highlighted the importance of Guiding Principles in shaping how employees think and act. These principles should address how the organization approaches failure, provides mutual support, and elevates clients and communities. The intent is to inspire, challenge, and ensure alignment among team members.
Driving positive change can be challenging, as many individuals are content with the status quo and seek comfort. However, genuine change requires stepping outside of one’s comfort zone. As an agency leader, having a team that embraces change is crucial.
The Guiding Principles:
1. Matchmakers, Not Manipulators: We aim to connect our clients with the right consumers, fostering genuine relationships rather than merely manipulating perceptions.
